Insight Workplace Health announce appointment of Dr Andy Sproston as Chief Medical Officer

At Insight Workplace Health, we’re proud to announce the appointment of Dr Andy Sproston as our Chief Medical Officer: a significant milestone in our journey as a clinically led, commercially agile occupational health provider.

This strategic leadership role reflects Dr Sproston’s contribution to Insight’s clinical excellence and his continued impact on the development of high-quality occupational health services across the organisation.


Dr Sproston has been a key part of the Insight clinical team for some time now, and this appointment reflects his leadership, integrity and expertise marking a significant milestone for Insight. He has a deep understanding of clinical governance, service delivery, and the evolving challenges faced by our clients and clinicians alike.


A practicing physician with extensive expertise in occupational medicine, Dr Sproston brings both clinical depth and strategical foresight to the role. He will provide overarching clinical leadership, champion quality and governance, support the multi-disciplinary team, and contribute to national conversations around occupational health.
