Our service is clinically led, with a leading team of occupational health physicians supported by a wide range of specialists; including occupational health advisers, psychologists, mental health nurses, ergonomists, neurodiversity assessors, and musculoskeletal experts. This rich mix of skills means we can confidently manage complex health cases and provide high-quality, evidence-based advice.

Chris Terry has been a qualified nurse since 1993 and in 2019 Chris completed postgraduate study in ergonomics and human factors at the University of Nottingham, alongside additional training with ACPOHE and in human biomechanics.
Chris’s main areas of interest include seating, particularly within marine and office environments.

Liz Terry, Director and co‑founder of Insight, is a qualified nurse with a genuine passion for helping people stay healthy at work. For over a decade she’s championed flexible, practical occupational health services for businesses across the UK. Kirstie is Head of People & Operations at Insight Workplace Health, bringing over seven years of progressive leadership experience. From operations to administration, she’s played a key role in shaping our internal processes, team culture, and service delivery—ensuring smooth day-to-day running and supporting our people to deliver exceptional occupational health services.

Isaac oversees Insight’s financial processes and is a chartered accountant (ACCA) with an MBA from Oxford Brookes, he brings experience across sport, insurance, and healthcare sectors. His diverse background and strategic insight support the company’s financial planning, operational excellence, and long-term business development.

Clinical leadership team

Dr Jen Hopkins is an accredited specialist in occupational medicine with extensive experience across regulatory work, including appointments under lead, asbestos and ionising radiation regulations. An HSE‑approved Medical Examiner of Divers, she has a strong interest in ill health retirement assessments and occupational health law, and provides supervision and appraisal for fellow occupational physicians.

Dr Andy Sproston is a Consultant in Occupational Medicine (MFOM) with experience across the NHS, private, and public sectors. He is the Welsh Convenor for the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, a Tier 4 HAVS and HSE Appointed Doctor, and plays key roles in clinical coordination, appraisal, auditing, and peer review across the profession.

Dr Richard Skinner is a qualified GP with a Diploma in Occupational Medicine and is completing an MSc in the field. With interests in HAVS assessments and medical education, he also develops learning content for the BMJ and has experience assessing prescribed diseases and industrial injuries in OH settings

Dr Debbie Rees-Adams has worked in psychology since 1996, qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist in 2002 and achieving Consultant grade in 2012. After a long career in mental health, she moved into occupational health over a decade ago. Working across both Insight and the NHS, she is passionate about employee wellbeing and preventing workplace mental ill health.

Matt is a qualified nurse with a background in emergency and trauma care. He transitioned from a 17-year career in the fire service to occupational health, joining Insight Workplace Health in 2017. He leads a nurse-led team, focusing on supporting employees through challenging health events.

Chris leads a team of Occupational Health Technicians, ensuring high standards of service delivery. He focuses on coaching, mentoring, and staff development, while supporting clinic operations through effective coordination and a strong commitment to quality care.

Gary qualified as an adult nurse in 2001 and as a SCPHN (OH) in 2016. He has extensive experience in all aspects of Occupational Health having worked in the NHS, local authorities and private OH providers. Gary manages the Ruthin and Chester offices and supports a team of doctors, nurses and technicians undertaking clinics across north Wales and the north west.

Based in Llandarcy, she leads the technician team, ensuring high-quality service delivery across client sites and playing a key role in the coordination of occupational health programmes.

Rebecca recently rejoined Insight as Executive Coordinator, having previously worked here as a technician. She supports clinical compliance, administration, and governance, ensuring staff meet training and regulatory standards. Rebecca also manages compliance documentation and assists the sales team with administrative tasks.

With a strong focus on information security and occupational health, Pippa oversees and maintains the key organisational accreditations, including ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) and SEQOHS (Safe Effective Quality Occupational Health Service).
