Insight Health screening are a company who are exclusively a provider of occupational health, whilst undertaking this it will be necessary to take information from you which the GDPR defines as data. As we are the organisation that obtains this data we are defined as the data controller.

Here at Insight Health Screening we take your privacy very seriously and will only use your personal data to provide the services of occupational health. The legal basis for processing your data is to comply with laws governed by the Health and Safety Executive, HMRC and for legitimate interests in fulfilling our contracts.

However there maybe occasions where it is necessary to share your data with a third party, the third parties we may share your data with will only be to fulfil legal obligations. Any third parties that your data is shared with will comply with our Data policies.

Your data will not be transferred outside of the EU, it will not be sold and is used purely to provide occupational health services to you.
