Established in 2009 by twins Liz Terry and Ellie Taylor, Insight Workplace Health has become one of the UK’s leading providers of occupational health services. While proudly headquartered in Wales, we support over 2,000 businesses across the UK, operating from clinics in Swansea, Newport, Llanelli, Treforest, Chester, Devon and North Wales.
Accredited by SEQOHS, Cyber Essentials Plus, ISOQAR and Fit2Fit, we combine clinical expertise with innovative technology to make Occupational health assessments, employee medicals, and workplace health management faster, more efficient and accessible across the UK.

First Insight Workplace Health clinic established in Port Talbot by twins Liz Terry and Ellie Taylor.
2018

Expanded into a large head office in Llandarcy.

Our service is clinically led, with a team of occupational health physicians supported by a wide range of specialists, including occupational health advisers, psychologists, mental health nurses, ergonomists, neurodiversity assessors, and musculoskeletal experts. This rich mix of skills means we can confidently manage complex health cases and provide high-quality, evidence-based advice. We have a true presence in the area’s that we work in.
