As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality occupational health services, we wanted to make you aware of a temporary update to our reporting process.
Following the recent launch of our new clinical system, Orchid Live, our clinicians are currently adjusting to the new workflows. To ensure consistency and maintain the highest standards during this transition, our team is manually checking all reports before they are issued to you.
This additional step is part of a temporary quality assurance process and may result in a slight delay in receiving reports. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through this short adjustment period.
