About the event

In this webinar, occupational medicine and family medicine physician Dr Lara Shemtob is joined by resilient futures coach Jon Nottingham to explore what's really happening as young people move from education into work, and what employers can do about it. Drawing on Jon's frontline experience coaching young people (and the colleges, managers and employers around them) alongside Insight's occupational health perspective, the conversation moves beyond screen-time tips to the foundations of lasting resilience: identity, values, confidence and healthy daily habits.

 

You'll leave with a practical understanding of why young workers can struggle with resilience, how digital wellness and mental health intersect, and the small pieces of workplace infrastructure that protect wellbeing before work-related stress takes hold.
