Our Neurodiversity Services
Diagnostic Assessments
Dyslexia
Dyspraxia/ DCD
Dyscalculia
Our diagnostic assessments provide an in-depth, formal evaluation of neurodivergent conditions that may be impacting everyday functioning at work. These assessments offer a comprehensive understanding of an individual’s cognitive profile, exploring how they process information, solve problems and manage tasks.
Led by our Neurodiversity Lead, Nina Parson, the assessment involves a detailed developmental and occupational history combined with validated psychometric tools. The process allows us to identify established indicators of Dyslexia, Dyspraxia/DCD or Dyscalculia while highlighting strengths that can be further supported within the workplace.
Following the assessment, we produce a detailed diagnostic report, which outlines the assessment finding and explains the cognitive profile
Diagnostic assessments are ideal for those seeking a formal identification, clarity around their working style, or a deeper understanding of how neurodivergence influences their strengths and challenges.
Screening Assessments
ADHD
Autism

Our ADHD and Autism screenings provide a structured and supportive way for individuals to explore whether their experiences align with recognised neurodivergent profiles. While a screening is not a clinical diagnosis, it can offer valuable insight, build confidence, and support future conversations with healthcare professionals or employers.
The outcome is a comprehensive screening report outlining whether traits consistent with ADHD or Autism are present, together with practical recommendations for workplace support.
Screenings are particularly helpful for individuals at the beginning of their neurodiversity journey or those seeking clarity before pursuing a formal diagnosis.
Workplace Needs Assessments

A Workplace Needs Assessment focuses on identifying meaningful, practical adjustments that enable an individual to perform at their best. These assessments can be arranged independently or following a diagnostic or screening appointment.
A WPNA involves a collaborative conversation about the employee’s role, responsibilities and challenges, alongside exploration of their working environment, communication preferences, sensory needs and job demands. Our neurodiversity specialist then recommends tailored adjustments, ranging from assistive technology and equipment, to workflow adaptations, communication strategies and supportive management practices.
The outcome is a clear, actionable plan designed to boost productivity, wellbeing and confidence, while helping employers fulfil their duty to provide reasonable adjustments.
Neurodiversity Support Sessions
We also offer a structured programme of six Neurodiversity Support Sessions designed to provide practical guidance for individuals who may need help managing workplace pressures and maintaining wellbeing. These sessions are delivered by our experienced occupational health specialists who understand the needs of people with neurodiverse traits such as Autism, Dyslexia, ADHD and ASD.
The aim is to build effective coping strategies, improve confidence at work and reduce the likelihood of issues that may otherwise require a standard occupational health referral.
